Rather than try to find young men to “mold” into some ideal, we celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and, through encouragement, values, example and brotherhood, empower every brother to exceed his personal expectations.

Come join us at Phi Delta Theta Oklahoma Alpha and become a part of the best Brotherhood at the University of Oklahoma. We are proud of our history and the over 2,700 Alumni who have helped make this house better since its birth in 1918.Throughout the summer, we host rush events at various locations including Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and Houston. At most of our rush events, you will have the opportunity to meet our Alumni who have connections in almost every industry, as well as meet the active brothers who are still members.Become a part of the OAlpha Brotherhood today and make history with us!
New Member Education
Upon the decision to join Phi Delta Theta at the University of Oklahoma, the new member embarks on a journey to truly understand the essence of our Oklahoma Alpha chapter. Our chapter, rich in tradition, has passed down customs from generation to generation, and new members have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the history and values that define us. The Phikeia experience at OU is a dynamic and positive preparation for the responsibilities of membership, reinforcing the core principles of Phi Delta Theta. Following the Phikeia Education program, if both the individual's and the chapter's values and expectations align, the Phikeias transition into full membership, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey rooted in the unique traditions of the University of Oklahoma chapter.
